Eileen Rudisill Miller is and American illustrator, product designer and painter.

Educated as a fashion illustrator and painter at Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she began her career as a fashion illustrator working for department stores in advertising. Eventually, she was hired by The Franklin Mint, where for 14 years, she designed dolls and figurines.

Over a decade ago, she started E.R.Miller Designs in her home studio where she alone performs product design, illustration and painting.

She works in oil and canvas primarily, preferring landscapes and floral still life subjects. 

Over the years, her paintings have been shown at The Woodmere Art Gallery, The Franklin Mint Museum, Moore College of Art and Design, Tyme Gallery, PA Guild's Center for American Craft and many private collections.
