The max distance between indoor monitor and outdoor unit is up to 100 meters. Different distance, use different diameter cable, please check the following from to choose corresponding cable.

One camera can working with 6 indoor monitors. One monitor can working with 2 cameras. The camera can talk with the monitor. And the monitor can talk with each other too.

6. About RFID Keys
You can open the door with the RFID key card from outside. This camera support 500 user cards.  We will program the RFID for you before ship, and if you want to add or delete keys, you can do like below picture show:
