Item may be shipped as loose VIA packets or in 13 count boxes as shown in the photos. One 78 count lot will most likely be shipped First Class Mail in a poly bag as six 13 count boxes shown in photo. The 13 count box would act mostly as the protector for the VIA packets. Therefore, the out box will most likely arrive damaged somewhat from the shipping process. The VIA packets will be fine.
