It is Lightweight Knit Pull on skort 2 front pockets and a back right slit pocket. The color is a Beautiful Light Turquoise or Ocean Aqua Blue called Blue Atoll

The fabric is a Stretchy Polyester and Spandex blend.  It has solid  shorts underneath that are the same fabric and they can detach. 

Regular size Medium - Approx 32" at the waist, 15" in length & approx 42" at the hips

Regular size XL - Approx 37”(Unstretched) at the waist, 16” in length & approx 47” at the hips.
