Beautiful Handmade Silver-tone PCOS Hope Angel Ornament.
It is approx. 3" with a clear line attached for hanging.  It has a teal jewel and a silver-tone Hope ribbon.
There is "HOPE" I now have 3 beautiful little girls after being told I had PCOS in 2002.
