This is a vintage original 26.75 x 39.75 in. US double-sided one-sheet poster from the classic 1990's sci-fi action western comedy, BACK TO THE FUTURE PART III, released in 1990 by Universal Pictures and directed by Robert Zemeckis. Stranded in 1955, Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) learns about the death of Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd) in 1885 and must travel back in time to save him. With no fuel readily available for the DeLorean, the two must figure how to escape the Old West before Emmett is murdered.

This original double-sided one-sheet poster boasts one of the best images from the trilogy and features artwork designed by Drew Struzan, one of the most collectible of the contemporary movie poster artists. The image depicts Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) and Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd) checking the time on their vintage pocket watches while Clara Clayton (Mary Steenburgen) watches in amazement. All three characters are wearing period 1885 western attire as the film's famous DeLorean is on a set of train tracks while flame shooting from the front wheel well.

This vintage original poster is the more desirable double-sided version, which was designed to be displayed at a theater inside of a light box. It is unrestored and rolled as originally issued in very fine- condition with some small creases on the bottom left corner and small random surface creases from handling over time which are unobtrusive. There are no pinholes, tears, stains, or other flaws and the rich color tints are fresh and vibrant without any signs of fading.

For Back to the Future Part II (1989) and III, two years were spent building the sets and completing the scripts. They were filmed back-to-back over eleven months, in order to take advantage of Michael J. Fox's extended break from the television series, Family Ties (1982), which was coming to the end of its run. While Part III was being filmed, Part II was being edited.
