It has a copyright date of 1999, and was published by John Wiley & Sons. It has almost no sign of wear, the cover, binding, spine, 864 pages, are all in excellent condition. The only flaw is that there are some highlighted areas and some handwritten notations within the book. It is a great college level textbook.
