You are bidding on this nice hard cover Victory Edition of The Music Lover’s Handbook, edited by Elie Siegmeister.  It is in good condition, with some wear at the corners and edges, but the spine and binding are good, and all 815 pages including index are intact and in good condition.  The paper dust jacket is in worn condition, with tears along the edges, creases, and back cover, as well as having some scuffs and stains on it as well.  The book has a copyright date of 1943, and was published by William Morrow and Company.  It is a wonderful study on music and composers, and would be a great reference for any music history study…
