The hinges are cracked and mesh is visible, the binding is in acceptable condition. The pages are tanned and a few pages toward the back have a light water mark on the outer edge. There are no names written in the book but the end papers are rubbed and dirty looking. The cover is faded, stained and edge worn. Acceptable. Hardcover.
