Envelope measures 3 and 5/8 inches high by 6 and 1/2 inches long.  The envelope shows a Confederate and a Union soldier flanking the Gettysburg Eternal Light Peace Memorial Battlefield Monument which was dedicated on the 75th anniversary of the battle by President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1938.
