• approx 2.5 x 2 7/8 x 1.25 in.
• windows are cut out (very neatly), but I don't see how one would insert a light in the bottom of the building (see picture) 
• Used. Very nice condition. One of a number from a collector's estate.  No chips or cracks.
  I do not clean any of these items. They are estate items, loved by a collector. Some of them show wear, some may be a little dusty, and some may have some sticker residue.
