Disc has some light scuffs with a store branded donut sticker in the center of the label side. Pre-viewed for quality and played fine on my LG deck. Back of the case has two small endentations on the right edge, each a couple of inches from the top and bottom. Out Of Print (OOP) in all formats and no longer being manufactured.
