HALLMARK American LaFrance 700 Series Pumper Fire Brigade
Dated 2004.  2nd in the Fire Brigade Ornament Series.  Press the button on the truck to see the engine's lights flash. 
Battery operated.  Batteries are included (shown in 2nd photo).
I don't believe the ornament had ever been removed from the box until I needed to do so for photos.
The ornament is in excellent condition.  Box has minimal wear - still has original price tag.
