This lovely Vintage Yada Garden Rose Tea Cup and Saucer with gold fancy feet and handle is in good condition. Gold trim is in very good condition. It has no chips, cracks or repairs. There is a small flea bite on the bottom inside of the cup and two small marks on the inside by the top. No stains.

Antique, Vintage, Collectible and Estate Items - Condition Classification Guidelines

Due to the inherent nature of vintage and antique items, condition descriptions are subjective. We do our best to describe the condition of our items as carefully as possible and we post several photos of the actual item.  Photos are magnified to show details and we include measurements for your review.

MINT - Like new. Highly unusual to see this classification as by very definition antique and vintage items have either been displayed or handled in some way. Additionally, there is the natural process of time-wear.

EXCELLENT - Outstanding condition. The best grade you can reasonably expect for antique/vintage items. No wear to the naked eye.

VERY GOOD - We place most of our vintage and antique treasures in this category as most all antique and vintage items have some signs of use consistent with age if even only visible under 10x magnification. May have a small dent, ding, chip, light scuffing, yellowing, or plating loss. Any signs of wear would be minor compared to the overall integrity of the piece and would not detract from its beauty when displayed. More significant signs of wear on the back or undersides of a piece may be included in this category.

GOOD - Perfectly acceptable and good for display or use, but signs of use described above are more significant and readily visible. Maybe missing a part or have some damage that can be replaced or repaired

FAIR - Wear is severe and will need significant restoration or may be used for parts or scrap.

POOR/SCRAP/RECYCLE - Good for some usable parts or for design muse, (inspiration, inspiration, up-cycling, recycling, crafting or scrap.)

We do not attempt to clean, polish, repair or otherwise alter any of our vintage or antique items. Items may show a patina consistent with age. We sell our vintage items as acquired, as is. Sterling silver may show tarnish. Tarnish is not a defect, just a naturally occurring process on silver when exposed to air. Age/era is an estimation but represented to the best of our knowledge based on provenance or acquisition time frame. Size, shapes, color are approximate.
