For your consideration, here is a Philmont Scout Ranch Purple Ceramic Coffee Cup, Mug, from New Mexico.  It is not marked with a maker.  It measures 4 3/4 inches tall and has a diameter of 3 3/4 inches at the top rim.  The mug is in nice shape.
