To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.

After our confirmation, you can send back your package at your own expense. We will refund you through your original payment method once we receive your package.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (special orders or personalized items such as rings with engraving) can only be returned if the item is defective, damaged, or has other issues. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about the non-returnable items.

Damages, Issues, and Disputes
Please contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged, wrong, or has any other issues so that we can evaluate the case and make it right.
