At GeminiShop Inc., we are always striving for excellence and our customers’ satisfaction is very important to us. If a gift arrives damaged or if there is a discrepancy in the order that was received GeminiShop Inc. will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Re-shipment/ refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of GeminiShop Inc. and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified. If you disposes of the gift before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue a replacement. All claims must be e-mail to GeminiShopInc@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery. The day the package is received is day one and there will be no exceptions to this policy.
The re-shipments of gifts are handled as new orders and all fees associated with a new order will apply. Customers do not receive refunds of any kind when gifts are returned due to a bad address or the recipient refusing the item. All gifts returned through no fault of GeminiShop Inc. will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Most of our products are perishable and therefore cannot be returned and will only be replaced if they arrive damaged thru the shipping process. Returned food gifts are not reusable and all food items must be thrown out due to possible heat and temperature damages
Approved Non-perishable items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery along with the RA #, unopened and in the original packaging. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. No exceptions. Unauthorized returns, will be discarded and no refunds will be issued.
For fragrances, while we try keep everything up to date, there will be times that the manufacturer will change the packaging of a fragrance before we have time to update the image of said fragrance. While we will offer a full refund for these if they are no longer wanted, as the fragrance itself is actually what was ordered, we will not pay to have said fragrance shipped back to us.
