1 star user feedback I received a DEFECTIVE item, returned to him, he claims it was not defective, and now wants me to send him and additional $15.50 for shipping and handling since he claims there are no refunds. Seller response: This is not at all true. She did not like the fountain and wanted to return it. Therefore, she said that it was defective. I asked her to ship it back so I could see what she was talking about. When I received it, it was in perfect condition. She only did this to get a refund for an item that she did not like. After I told her that it was not defective and she could not get a refund, she then wanted me to ship it back to her. This is when I told her that I would have to charge her for shipping and handling. She wants me to pay for her reshipment.
