My items are clearly described in the description as well as where I purchased the item. The buyer sent a rude email accusing me of having fake jewelry as she could not find it online and asked for a refund. I explained again where I had bought the jewelry and said that I was offeneded by her email as it seemed like she was being rude and accusatory. I immediately refunded her money as she continued to be rude and accusatory though email. If anyone has any questions I have saved the email conversation and am always willing to respond to any questions. I always try to be polite, but sometimes it is hard as everyone is not as polite in return.
