The customer purchase the software and we clearly explained in the advertise to contact as in 3 days he contact as after 32 days and said that he did ant use them and they are not active and in the advertise we said to be use in 3 days we have 1200 transactions only on that platforms and many more on different platforms and that is the only one customer who just wanna get a free software normally every single customer is happy with our $$$ and perfect service dont deal with him .

I did actually send screenshots of the error to his email at exactly 10:39AM oct22. He did not respond to my email or through Bonanza messages.

However, Project 2016 still will not activate properly. When I investigated more deeply, it appears that perhaps it is either the wrong ISO, or a mixed ISO because when it is installed, but not activated, many of the program component file names include 2019 rather than 2016. Please send me the Project Professional 2016 download link again, and also a key that should work with it. I tried using the install key in less than 36 hours, so it should not have expired.
