Seller response: Customer had no patience to wait for package to arrive. Sometimes it gets delayed or lost and a customer has faith in the process. The day after she blasted me for a bad feedback package was delivered. No cinokaubt about package after delivery and no apology for the bac feedback and harsh words. Sometimes sellers are right in their explanation.
