You purchased the item and then decided to ask questions. I am always happy to answer questions about my items, but your email was rudely written and accusatory, though I'm not sure if you meant to have that tone. I responded back letting you know I was offeneded by your tone and explained again where I had purchased the items and offered to refund, your response back was still accusatory so I refunded you in full as I was unaware paypal will refund the full amount as I've never had to refund before. I wish you the best in all your future purchases. |

It has been my experience that people with authentic items are not offended by questions about items they are selling. When I asked questions, she immediately got "pissed off" and was offended and offered to refund. At that point I agreed since it did not seem like it would be a beneficial transaction to either of us.
