I am one person, not a corporation, and I strive to provide the best customer service I possibly can. I also try to be VERY clear in the product description, drop-down menu, title, AND photos, that what you receive is a 10ml bottle, not a 237ml jug. Even so, I contacted this buyer to try and work things out, but got no response. If a buyer has a problem with an order, I encourage them to contact me before leaving feedback. I offer free returns even in cases where the buyer made a mistake by not reading the description or looking at photos before they buy. |
There was an issue with the radio that I didn’t catch, and the buyer let me know. I responded quickly and offered to buy them a replacement part or refund it in full if it was returned. The buyer said they didn’t want to return it and would take it to a repair shop. I asked them to get back to me about the repair so I could pay. I did send them the part number, to try and help get them the right part at the repair shop and offer some ideas (this was an older radio, so I wasn’t able to find the part for sale online). They didn’t reply to me after that, and instead decided to leave 1-star feedback. That’s really a shame, I’d have loved to help, and did offer to help several times. I try to make very clear that if there’s a problem with an order, I’ll do my best to help, but if I can’t or you’re unsatisfied, you can return it anyways and get a refund.
