Wrote me once, 8-6-2010 to say purse had been lost in luggage, found, and would be sent. I left feedback 8-31-2010 when purse had not been sent, seller had not responded to any of my inquiries, and a paypal case had to be filed in order to get my refund. . . I was not initially told that the bag was somehow in luggage and not in the seller's posession and I had thought it already had been sent. Then getting an excuse for a delay that never had been communicated worried me, as scammers often do this so that buyers will not file with paypal within the required amount of time. Seller response to feedback makes it sound like they had a valid excuse, which they did not. Never sending an item is not an excuse.
