Hello Deb, I’m really sorry for this tremendous delay and we are working closely with our local shipping company to fix this. There has been some issue occur in the shipping company lately and it is completely out of our power to retrieve the parcel. I can see that the parcel(LK149222221HK) has been delivered at Colorado City on 2nd January. Once again, I am truly sorry for what had happened.

I understand that it has taken a long time to reach and we are sincerely apologise for this inconvenience. I’m really sorry about the delay Stephen. We are having some trouble at our factory lately but everything has been back to normal. The parcel was sent out on 25th July, CX003990180CN.

Please do check the status of your parcel before posting negative comments. As of June 7, 2016, the sign(CX003310664CN) is in Chicago Metro Hub. The sign will arrive within a few days. Its not like we never post it out, sometimes international shipping just can be tricky at some point.
