Unfortunately the buyer didn't choose to return and request a refund when she contacted me to ask me if the item was used because the box appears to have been taped up. (I didn't see any pictures of her claim). I told her as I listed that the product is brand new in box and unused. I wouldn't list it as that if the box was taped up as she states. I explained to her sometimes the USPS Post Office opens up packages to do random inspections and it appears that is what might have happened. I apologized for the unpleasant experience and she had the chance to return it but didn't.
