The customer had a legitimate issue with the delay in shipment. The specific product they ordered had run into an inventory snag, and was compounded when the resupply truck that was supposed to have the replenishment did not have the product on board. This caused a delay on delivery for this product. But, the customer did receive their product - they just received it delayed |

What had occurred here is that the customer did not follow the standard procedure for Bonanza payment, and had never informed us they sent electronic. Once the customer made us aware, we were able to track down the issue, solve it, and ship the product to the customer. Do not know if the hang up issue was due to the customer, Bonanza, or PayPal. |
We ran into an inventory issue on this product - similar bags were in stock, but this specific bag (there are four variations of this bag) was out. We attempted to reach out to the customer to resolve this issue, and hopefully will be able to reach them and work to resolve this in their favor, which is our desired outcome for all of our customers. We have been with Bonanza since it was Bonanzle in 2010, and continue to do what we can to make this community strong for all parties
