If you purchase an item and are not completely satisfied with the purchase for any reason, you only have to contact us with a detailed explanation within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item. Items returned without an explanation will not be accepted. This policy does not include lost or stolen items or jewelry that has been worn for any length of time due to health reasons and loss of resell value, nor does the item qualify as remain once worn. Returned items must be returned in the same packaging and via the same shipping method by which it was sent to the buyer.
