I can only apologise, I have had a very bad experience with the courier OCS Worldwide, they promised to deliver all my parceks in 7 days and they did for the first batch i sent out and then then next lots just became delayed and bottle necked, I am ever so so sorry

your tracking has been updated, and your otem will be with you in 24 hours im sorry that you have had to leave poor feedback, im hoping the tracking will prove to you i did ship your item in time but the courier company has let me down and my customers and the tracking proves this. Please take a look at the tracking info, it proves i posted the parcel on time, the delay has been with USPS and the item has now arrived in your state, it will be with you in 24 hours, i can only apologise for the delay which is outside of my control.

All parcels are now shipped 48 hours via FEDEX, your tracking info sows that I shipped the parcel on the 8th November but delays have been in the US with USPS. You package has now arrived in the US as you can see from the tracking. I can only apologise for the delay and I have tried my best to deliver all item son time, somethings are outside my control, like the shipping service in another country. I can only apologise for the inconvenience and hope you enjoy the sweater
