The pop up was for DC Pro, you already have Xi Pro fully installed, you can't get DC Pro for free simply because you purchase Adobe Acrobat Xi Pro, I do not sell Reader, and I do not appreciate you miscommunicating to potential shoppers.

Digital Downloads coincide with the Adobe site. I have given you the direct Adobe page where updates are made. Adobe does not have an entire page dedicated to pirated software. I don't know why you chose to ignore my emails.

Total BS. All software vendors have sites to download their software and updates manually. Your Adobe “has to” be done manually because it won’t auto update because it’s doctored. Before buying ask if you can download the genuine software from Adobes site and use his serial. And, I sent screenshot – did not inquire about refunds.

Datacab is not a term that I just made up, you can google datacab and Adobe Acrobat products all the way back to the 8 pro version. If you would have expressed interest for updates, instead of getting my attention through the comment section, you could have simply emailed with your question about updates, I would have informed you that digital download updates are done manually on the adobe page link that I emailed you.

You said that you wanted a refund because the software wouldn't update, then I gave you a direct webpage where adobe does updates for digital downloads. After you ran out of things to protest, and your hopes of gaining an unjust refund became more and more unreasonable, you write this misleading feedback.

Real Adobe Digital Download, You bought this item over a month ago, you expressed no dissatisfaction, maybe your selling the same item, you sent me 0 messages expressing displeasure, zero messages from you period, no paypal messages, nothing. You didn't even request a refund. I have genuine digital downloads.
