I am very sorry that the package did not arrive. Unfortunately, I do have delivery confirmation and the buyer did not give me a chance to resolve the issue. I was prepared to offer partial refund or send another.....buyer left feedback without communicating how she wanted me to solve the issue. I first heard that there was a problem last night. Again- I am very sorry that this happened.
