Let me address your concerns. Regarding the download and updates, Visual Studio 2015 is very large and if you use the executable you need to redownload it each time. On the other hand an ISO is also provided so the time it takes to download the main files would be eliminated. The updates are of course handled by MS servers which I have no control over. However, I do believe that with 5 MB/s download connection, the download and updates would not take more than an hour or two as I have tested the software myself. Regarding your troubling installation, your last message mentioned you were going to try reinstalling. I was awaiting your confirmation of whether or not it worked before proceeding to explore other possible solutions. You also mentioned you could not even load the free Community version of Visual Studio so in reality the issue likely isn't with the software itself. Let me know if you want to proceed with troubleshooting. |

Since you have not responded since I have confirmed your order has been resent, I assume this issue has been resolved. Please note that leaving negative feedback is not the correct way to handle such a simple issue and simply contacting me will result in a resolution within 2 hours in most cases. In addition your order was made over a month ago. If you suspect there is an issue even 24 hours from your order date you may contact me and I will assist immediately.
