Buyer was refunded and she was given a tracking # when asked (and it was emailed to her when it was shipped). Buyer gets refund with no fuss. She did open a dispute however I willingly refunded. If you are not willing to wait the 14 business day time frame stated on every product, then do not buy. My time frames are listed there for a reason and buyer admits she did not read the description. Yet still leaves me a neg because it took too long in her eyes, but is right on schedule with my listed time frames and with holiday mail |

It will be ONE MONTH in four days and I still haven't gotten the package. That is too long in ANYONE'S eyes! Don't blame your poor service on holiday mail. I ordered 300 hair clips from someone else, and RECEIVED them in THREE DAYS! |

the turn around time is clearly stated. The order was shipped out within the time frame. Post office messed up. Had offered buyer a full refund but she never responded. I cannot control the package once it leaves my hands. I could have checked sooner, but I didn't know there was a problem until the day before she needed them. Nothing I can do. |

"Hello,As stated on the website, all bottle cap orders take up to 10 business days (not including weekends) to ship out. Everything is made to order in the order received. Your order did already ship out on March 30th, so you should probably get them on Monday or Tuesday. " |

This should have been sent as an email not left as feedback. Your order shipped April 30th. My shipping timeframe is clearly stated as 14 days BEFORE they ship. Your order went out in 5 days. This was well within my stated time frame. If they have not been delivered then they should in the next day or so.
