Item was brand new in box, packed securely as we have been packing these for over 25 years. Since we have seen no photos or anything from the recipient to prove any such damage, we can only answer in the abstract, which is with the level of mishandling by USPS during the current crisis it must have gotten damaged (if at all since again we have no photos) in their care. We have no indication that the recipient was not just talking about the outer mailing box. Again, lack of any evidence does not allow clarity in response. |

This customer ordered with free shipping in the middle of a pandemic & holiday season. The order was received in 10 business days. All things considered knowing what all of us know about postal overload and delays during the current crisis, that is an acceptable delivery window when taking advantage of free shipping. We encourage customers to use priority or express shipping when they need an item quickly. |

Original was lost in the mail. She contacted us only a few days ago to let us know and we immediately sent out a replacement at our expense. Really no reason for this review as the new replacement is still in transit. We always take care of our customers. See all of our other great feedback!
