Hi, Firstly we feel sorry that the standard shipping time actually takes much longer time than usual since the middle of November. And The original tracking number is not available for checking on the USPS website, which might cause misunderstanding to us. Once we received your review, we tracked your package immediately. And it's found that the package was just delivered on the day you left on the feedback. We updated the transfer tracking number and sent you emails but you didn't reply to us by now. Here we express our apology again and we would improve our service and update the transfer tracking number for packages on time.
