1 star user feedback Key didn’t work gave a crazy excuse saying “you have to do manual updates" that has nothing to do with the fact that the key doesn't activate the software if you use the Adobe installer and not his. . This is obviously doctored software! No refund! Seller response: I showed you the Adobe page that coincide your with purchased digital download. I don't believe that Adobe would dedicate an entire page of their site to doctored software. I showed you how simple it was to get a refund and you refused to simply send me a screenshot of your error message. You were even asking me about refunds before you bought the product.
Buyer response: Total BS. All software vendors have sites to download their software and updates manually. Your Adobe “has to” be done manually because it won’t auto update because it’s doctored. Before buying ask if you can download the genuine software from Adobes site and use his serial. And, I sent screenshot – did not inquire about refunds.
