I'm sorry but this is not a fair comment. We understand that you're not satisfied with the item, but it doesn't mean it's "totally different" as you said. We sold this to many customers and hardly got any comments about product quality. We're willing to refund you, but because you already opened a case on Paypal, the transaction was under review now, and we can't issue refund by ourselves anymore.
