In your original message, you refused to return the damaged item and demanded a brand new item, despite me informing you that we were out-of-stock. I offered a full refund and would have gladly resolved the matter just as you desired. Even though damages during shipment are extremely rare, we stand behind our commitment to our customers' 100% satisfaction. Unfortunately, you never contacted us at all despite our repeated requests to return the damaged item. Take care and happy holidays. |

Unscrupulous seller. No communication whatsoever from seller despite sending email requesting information for item purchased. Order canceled and seller is now combative. Definitely recommend this "seller" taking selling classes and treating buyers right (check seller's history of negative feedback from other buyers as well). Would not recommend.
