First, as stated in the descriptions of my products, I offer a replacement if a key is invalid. However, you never contacted me so I didn't know it. Second, I doubt the key was invalid. You probably tried to redeem it at the wrong place, and instead of asking for help, you just decided to leave me a negative feedback. That's unfair, and I hope the rest of customers see this so they know I take care of them.
