I did send an email on 12/29 and left feedback 1-1-10 and stand behind my disappointment, and opinion about inadequate packing material for a large platter. Post office has classes for packing techniques that work 100%--as I have mailed over 4,000 items with a NO BREAK RECORD. |

I got no email and feel package was well done. I also paid to insure the platter--please respond to this response and I will return your money via insurance. I believe if you have looked at all my feedback,, you will see that I am reasonable and have great comments on my packing. I see that you do not have multiple feedbacks, so I suggest that a friendly question is your first reaction. As my mama says, you catch more flies with sugar than vinegar.
