Instructions cannot be sent, if the customer blocks our companies email as scam, how we are suppose to communicate with the customer without even a phone number, horrible situation for us we even went thru a chargeback process with this particular customer!!! |

I did not block the seller as spam, perhaps my email service did, that is not in my control? Not a bad customer, paid for product and did not get instruction that are necessary to program, hookup, and use.
