Quite honestly, I am a bit amazed that a buyer would leave negative feedback when he even admitted that the problem was his fault for not reading the auction. I can only be responsible for my own shortcomings, not his. The auction was very clear as to what was being sold. I even offered a full refund if he wanted to return the item, but the buyer refused. I don't know what more I could have done, but certainly do not deserve this feedback.
