Dear Mr. Tucker ~ You wrote me a letter by mail, to which I responded by mail. The projector that you purchased was listed as such: "Unit powers on and you can hear the fan, but when you turn the motor on, nothing moves. It might be due to the broken knobs, but I'm not sure. See picture of the knobs that don't stay on. There is also no light, when turned to the lamp position. Selling as-is in current condition for parts or repair." From that listing, I'm not sure how you thought you were purchasing a working projector. I'm sorry you were disappointed in your purchase. Regards, Jan
