Buyer had dementia and it was difficult to communicate with him. It took several tries to convince buyer that he purchased the correct part. His family later told me he was put in a memory care facility. |

I have sold many of these kits on this site and have received only positive feedback. If what this buyer alleges is true then my feedback profile would be littered with negative feedback. Buyer left negative feedback 2 months after buying item. Buyer NEVER contacted me about any issues. Had buyer contacted me I would have issued a full refund and/or send replacement parts via overnight delivery. The kit is excellent quality and any problem buyer incurred is likely due to inexperience in turbo rebuilding, not the quality of the parts. |

Buyer admitted she broke parts during installation and we still offered a full refund or replacement. Curiously buyer refused to return “broken” parts for refund or replacement.
