Seller response: Item was shipped in perfect condition as advertised, customer never contacted us with any concerns at all,returns can be done even if the item or the box is damaged. Damages were during shipping as we do our best to protect the item as best as possible, we have absolute no control on how the shipping company mistreat the packages arriving to its destination. Product is insured before shipping but is up to the client to report the damage when item is received, to proceed with a claim.
