We are not sure what happened with your order as we definatley shipped your order on time. Appears to be lost in the USPS system. We will be glad to send you a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer. Sent you a private message regarding your order and am just awaiting reply as to what you would like us to do. As far as not being able to login to your Bonanza account, you might want to contact Bonanza support and see if they can help you with your login issue. You can also try to reset your password and see if this gives you access. |
We didn't receive the cancellation message thru the Bonanza portal as we normally receive message alerts. We were late in shipping the item to buyer and buyer was informed to just write "refused" on the shipment and have ti returned back to us for a refund. This was about 8 days ago and we are just awaiting the refused shipment to be returned back to us.
