Seller response: Our listings all state we do not offer free shipping outside the continental US, that is listed twice in every single item we list. Bonanza does not offer a way to add a surcharge or calculated shipping for this, so we got a quote for the customer and sent her the screen shot of the quote, offered as low as we could for shipping, but the customer refused the offer.
