Buyer response:
I sent damaged vintage Georges Briard teapot back to seller in the original shipping box with the original packing material, shipping cost $19.05. It was delivered to his parcel locker on November 12, 2019. Seller didn’t communicate with me since then. After that, I did wright to the seller twice asking for a refund, but the seller ignores me. I have spent $30+$38.04(shipping back and forth)= $68.04.  I expect the seller to refund the full amount to me, including the shipping cost.

Seller response:
As I replied to your email - in the condition section of item it clearly states that the item was pre-owned and that there was wear to the covers - I also stated the number of pages in the book and that those pages were unused - so I am sorry that you didn't read the condition or understand it - the book was sold as pre-owned but unused with wear to the covers - that is the item you received and I am sorry it was not satisfactory

Like I emailed earlier, I am sorry your item was not shipped priority, I will have to raise the price of my shipping, as I paid over 9.00 to ship it as it was, normally I would pay the extra shipping myself as I have numerous times, I had someone else ship the item and as it would cost 12.50 to ship priority, and they saw you had only paid 8.00 they shipped it standard, it was a mistake and you did not pay for priority shipping as you only paid 8.00 and priority was 12.50. So once again I apologize, that I was not able to go to the post office and ship your package that day and pay the extra so that it could be shipped priority. Have a wonderful day.

I understand buyer was disapointed to recieve the wrong size item, and I am not discounting that, however, it was an honest mistake not an intentional misrepresentation, buyer was offered same item in correct size, along with a discount, however I am out of the color and design that she ordered so it is understandable that she would not want that, she is getting a full refund including the shipping to mail item back to me. I think communication would have been better than just leaving negative feedback which leads other buyers to think it was intentional. She was very polite in the communication that she left after I told her she would get a full refund which was greatly appreciated.
