The only way an image will bleed is if it has gotten yet. This has never happened with my hundreds of orders that go out each week for the past 10 years. Please contact us immediately for replacement or refund.

The item says that is ships in three business days and is shipped with free, standard shipping. We shipped the item in 2 business days. Our goal is always to ship as quickly as possible and before the three business day timeframe.

We shipped this item exactly in the timeframe laid on out in the listing. The customer ordered the weekend before MLK day, which is a mail holiday. Unfortunately, this delayed delivery. We will always work with every customer as soon as we are contacted to fix any issue that may arise.

Unfortunately, the item was discontinued. We attempted to purchase from a different seller, but they didn't tell us they didn't send it out and we were left without a product to send to our customer. We refunded immediately upon finding out. We will always do everything we can to make sure each transaction is a great one.
