This was my first customer on Bonanza, instead of sending a used seatbelt cutter, I sent him a brand new benchmade seatbelt cutter that was triple the price, I was so excited that he was my first customer, then he sent me a message demanding his money back, I simply said, please send the item back I made a mistake , he replied with not only harrassing comments but threats , he used language that scares me and my children. I told buyer that I would pay for shipping back to me and give him a 100% refund, he threatened me with negative feedback. I really tried and I really was excited about this first transaction. I give up on humanity. |
Customer sent back a pair of different boots, we have a no hassle return policy, we honor all returns, however customer returned a pair of boots completely different then the ones we sent, the old switcharoo, this happens all the time, A customer will buy something from our store and return a different item then bully us with negative feedback so we are forced to give them a return, well we stand up to this bully.
